Requirements
- Be in possession of an NQF Level 5 in Human Resources, Office Management, Communication, and Organisational Operations.
- Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in either in an Administration role or Office Management.

Responsibilities
- Accuracy, confidentiality, attention to detail, and time management.
- Maintain and organise wellness-related documentation, including reports, agreements, minutes, and invoices.
- Documenting, compiling, filing, tracking, communicating, organising, preparing, coordinating, supporting, and recording.
- Maintain a central archive of wellness reports and documents.
- Monitor leave-related data for trends and escalations.
- Track and update records of employee wellness activities and services.
- Coordinate submission of reports from parks and external service providers.
- Maintain and update the wellness champions register.
- Record and monitor sick leave patterns and incapacity cases for reporting.
- Assist in the logistical arrangements for wellness events and initiatives.
- Liaise with service providers for logistics and schedule management.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation related to wellness activities.
- Support the execution of wellness workshops and awareness days.
- Provide on-site support during wellness events (e.g., registration, material distribution).
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare meeting packs and take minutes during wellness planning sessions.
- Assist in the distribution of wellness information, posters, emails, and alerts.
- Support communication between the wellness office, employees, and service providers.
- Contribute basic content for internal wellness communications as needed.
