Requirements
NQF Level 6 in Hotel Management / Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Public Relations.
4 – 6 years of experience in Hotel / Lodge / Resort Management.
Valid Code 08 driver’s licence, essential.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and accommodation booking system.
A solid understanding of the Public Finance Management Act, applicable human resources and industry legislation, as well as the tourism and conservation sectors.
Proficient in English, good written and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills are of high importance.
Good leadership and interpersonal qualities.
Must have good conflict management skills as well as diversity and change management.
Ability to co-operate and manage in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
To successfully manage the Finances as well as the rest camps.

Reservation systems management.
Cash management at tourism and sales facilities.
Ensure compliance with the industry related legislation.
Ensure compliance with approved tourism Standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance and compliance with Restaurant customer service.
