Requirements
- Be in possession of a BSc or B-Com Computer Science
- 1 – 3 years’ experience as a System Support Engineer.
- Knowledge of Advance Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of System development life cycle
- Decision-making, resoluteness and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the ongoing administration of the CR AND CPM and associated applicants.
- Provide a 24-hour support service to end users.
- Manage projects related to CR and PMS and associated applications.
- Provide specialised advice from CR and PMS and associated applications on a continuous basis to management.
- Ensure that the end users of CR and PMS are informed on tourism related matters.
- Interface between users and the software development team to identify and resolve system defects.
- Jointly with the IT and development teams, roll out new software and ensure rapid solutions to system-related issues.
