● Lead large, multi-country Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programmes within the resources and infrastructure sectors.
● Oversee delivery of complex, integrated environmental and social projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
● Drive business development by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new work.
● Own and grow a pipeline of work, contributing to revenue targets and service line strategy.
● Lead and develop a team of environmental project managers and specialists across multiple regions.
● Act as a key account manager and trusted advisor to clients.
● Manage departmental performance, financials, and resource planning.
● Proven track record in managing large, complex ESIA and environmental projects
● Strong experience in winning work and growing client relationships within a consulting environment
● Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including senior professionals
● Solid understanding of environmental legislation and international standards
● Strong commercial acumen, including project financial management
● Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
● Postgraduate degree in Environmental Management or related field
● 8+ years’ experience in environmental consulting
● Proven experience managing international projects
● Professional registration (EAPASA or equivalent preferred)
