Job Description:

• Carry out workforce planning and manage recruitment activities against the group workforce plan.
• Draft advertisements to attract talent in conjunction with the line manager.
• Advertise vacancies on the most suitable platforms to attract talent. Including where appropriate actively head-hunting talent.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and shortlist talent again the advertisement for line management.
• Schedule and attend interviews.
• Ensure competency-based interview questions are posed as part of the targeted selection process.
• Develop and implement a talent management strategy.
• Develop and manage the recruitment vendor database, ensuring and monitoring agency performance.
