Skills and Competencies
- Experience in Public Procurement with a demonstrated technical knowledge and analytical skills in supply chain management.
- Knowledge of international standards, guidelines, and procedures for procuring works, consultancy services goods & services.
- Experience in SAP ERP or other similar ERP systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Access, etc.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral, writing, and editing skills, with extensive experience in report writing.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Ability to train AMRH Project Unit and other team members.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, be proactive, initiative, and with sound judgment.
- High level of integrity and accountability, flexible approaches to work coupled with enthusiasm, commitment, and energy.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Law. A Grants Certification, A CIPS Procurement Certification or Finance Certification will be an added advantage. A minimum of one (1) years of progressive professional experience in the field of Grants and Sub-delegation, Supply Chain, Finance within public sector institutions, international organisations or similar organizations nationally, regionally and / or internationally.
