Requirements:
  • A three 3-year post matric qualification in Human Resources Management/Financial Accounting/ Management or equivalent
  • Three (3) years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Sage People 300 is a must.
Required Skill:
  • Microsoft Office with Advanced Excel is a prerequisite
  • Excellent administrative, communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of the BCEA and regulations pertaining to Human Resources Management and Payroll Administration.
  • Accuracy in data capturing.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters and work under pressure and meet the due dates.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as and when required.
Additional Advantage:
  • One year of supervisory experience.
Main Duties:
  • Facilitate the monthly and weekly payroll processes.
  • Facilitate the quarterly interim financial statement reporting. Weekly payroll processes.
  • Accurate capturing of payroll inputs.
  • Processing of claims; overtime; medical aid and different types of leaves on ESS
  • Conduct leave reconciliation when required.
  • Assist with monthly SARS on line submission,
  • Preparation of journals.
  • Perform general payroll functions and Human Resources related functions assigned by the line manager.
  • Handling the monthly interface with the accounting system
  • Handling of payroll related queries.
