Requirements are: 
Minimum Qualifications 
  • An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF Level 6 or equivalent.
  • A relevant NQF level 7 qualification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum Experience
  • Five years’ relevant work experience.
  • Experience and exposure in the Education sector will be an advantage.

Key performance areas: 
  • Manage content updates on SAQA’s website and SharePoint.
  • Provide technical support to team members for SAQA website-related queries or issues.
  • Develop code for minor additions or changes on the website.
  • Manage user access control to the back end.
  • Ensure effective hosting, testing and maintenance of the SAQA website.
  • Monitor website and SharePoint analytics, produce user statistics and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the organisation’s branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholder relations team to develop and publish relevant and timely content that aligns with stakeholder needs.
  • Enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of internal communication policies, procedures, and processes.
