Duties and Responsibilities

The position of a Travel Officer will be responsible for coordination of travel management services, assisting clients/travelers with planning and outlining of their travel needs, monitoring of deviations pertaining to flights, accommodation, car hire, venue hire and conferencing, ensuring compliance with travel policy, travel procedures and to also monitor performance. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

The ideal candidate must be in possession of Diploma in travel and Tourism / Supply Chain Management or related qualification. A Degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage. A minimum of three (3) years expirience in travel management services (logistics, travel, transportation, and hotel booking) is required. Four (4) years experience in travel management services within the Supply Chain Management Unit in a public-sector environment will be advantageous.
