Requirements
Senior Certificate/ National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management/ Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7.
A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years occupational programmes experience.
working experience in the National Skills Fund environment will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, understanding and application of skills development related policies and legislative Frameworks.
Good communication skills, ability to pay attention to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team.
Must be Computer literate and have a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning of the NSF projects from commencement through to completion.
Interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders involved with the NSF project. Compile performance and financial reports.
Present reports to the relevant stakeholders. Participate in NSF verification processes.
Track the NSF budget spending and report accordingly.
Organise the NSF project planning sessions.
Monitor NSF project progress and adapt work as required.
Ensure NSF projects meet deadlines as per the NSF requirements.
Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Facilitate the signing off on contracts and other relevant documents.
Render effective records management in the section.
