Requirements
  • Senior Certificate/ National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management/ Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7. 
  • A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years occupational programmes experience. 
  • working experience in the National Skills Fund environment will be an added advantage. 
  • Knowledge, understanding and application of skills development related policies and legislative Frameworks. 
  • Good communication skills, ability to pay attention to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team. 
  • Must be Computer literate and have a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning of the NSF projects from commencement through to completion. 
  • Interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders involved with the NSF project. Compile performance and financial reports. 
  • Present reports to the relevant stakeholders. Participate in NSF verification processes. 
  • Track the NSF budget spending and report accordingly. 
  • Organise the NSF project planning sessions. 
  • Monitor NSF project progress and adapt work as required. 
  • Ensure NSF projects meet deadlines as per the NSF requirements. 
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate the signing off on contracts and other relevant documents. 
  • Render effective records management in the section.
