Requirements
  • Have a Bachelors Degree with Honours/ Post Graduate qualification in Human Capital Management/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/Industrial Psychology
  • Should have 7 to 9 years of Human Capital Management experience as a Generalist.
  • 4 years in a senior management position.
  • Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA etc).
  • Sound knowledge of Change management principles
  • Knowledge of Human Capital Management Principles
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits administration
  • Knowledge of HCM Technology and Information Systems
  • Knowledge of diversity and Inclusion
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences/Commerce/Business Administration will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of conservation & tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of Budget management.
  • Knowledge of IT computer literacy.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of the HCM Strategy and Operational Plan
  • Provide leadership, development and management of the HCM team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for mutual benefit.
  • Oversee the Kruger National Park remuneration and benefits
  • Actively engage in Change Management initiatives, Transformation efforts, and Culture-related processes.
  • Manage the learning and development interventions within KNP
  • Oversee Employee Relations, Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and Safety
  • Manage Accuracy of Payroll and all other HCM operational interventions
  • Leading and managing the recruitment, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain sound governance and financial management of the KNP HCM unit.
  • Implement programs that encourage transformation, diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Analyze HCM data to make informed decisions and provide reports to senior management.
