Requirements
- Have a Bachelors Degree with Honours/ Post Graduate qualification in Human Capital Management/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/Industrial Psychology
- Should have 7 to 9 years of Human Capital Management experience as a Generalist.
- 4 years in a senior management position.
- Sound knowledge of Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA etc).
- Sound knowledge of Change management principles
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management Principles
- Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits administration
- Knowledge of HCM Technology and Information Systems
- Knowledge of diversity and Inclusion
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences/Commerce/Business Administration will be an advantage
- Knowledge of conservation & tourism industry.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Knowledge of Budget management.
- Knowledge of IT computer literacy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of the HCM Strategy and Operational Plan
- Provide leadership, development and management of the HCM team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for mutual benefit.
- Oversee the Kruger National Park remuneration and benefits
- Actively engage in Change Management initiatives, Transformation efforts, and Culture-related processes.
- Manage the learning and development interventions within KNP
- Oversee Employee Relations, Employee Wellness and Occupational Health and Safety
- Manage Accuracy of Payroll and all other HCM operational interventions
- Leading and managing the recruitment, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain sound governance and financial management of the KNP HCM unit.
- Implement programs that encourage transformation, diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Analyze HCM data to make informed decisions and provide reports to senior management.
