Requirements
  • Senior Certificate/ National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management/ Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7. 
  • Previous experience in NSF learning projects will be an added advantage. 
  • Knowledge of policies governing the Public Sector, PFMA and treasury regulations. 
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles. 
  • Good communication skills, ability to pay attention to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team. 
  • Must be Computer literate plus a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
  • Project Administration: ensuring portfolio of evidence of learners are up to date. 
  • Assessment reports received are processed and safely stored. 
  • Consolidating reports for monthly or scheduled reporting. 
  • Administer all project meetings and ensure procurement of all project requirements and needs. 
  • Initiate claims as per tranches for the College, finalize and submit for send through to the funder, report on finances of the project. 
  • Assist in uploading of learners and their results on SETA/QCTO database. 
  • Handling the certification of Learners with the relevant ETQA and arranging meetings and providing information to all stakeholders. 
  • File and safe keep NSF documents in line with the Records Management System.
