Requirements
Senior Certificate/ National Senior Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management/ Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7.
Previous experience in NSF learning projects will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of policies governing the Public Sector, PFMA and treasury regulations.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Good communication skills, ability to pay attention to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team.
Must be Computer literate plus a valid Driver’s License.
Responsibilities
Project Administration: ensuring portfolio of evidence of learners are up to date.
Assessment reports received are processed and safely stored.
Consolidating reports for monthly or scheduled reporting.
Administer all project meetings and ensure procurement of all project requirements and needs.
Initiate claims as per tranches for the College, finalize and submit for send through to the funder, report on finances of the project.
Assist in uploading of learners and their results on SETA/QCTO database.
Handling the certification of Learners with the relevant ETQA and arranging meetings and providing information to all stakeholders.
File and safe keep NSF documents in line with the Records Management System.
