Requirements
Matric or NCV Level 4 Certificate or NCV Level 4 Certificate plus a three (3) year recognized National Diploma/ Degree in Public Management/ Business Management or related qualification at NQF Level 6/7.
Diploma in OD-ETDP will be an added advantage.
A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years occupational programmes experience.
Experience in working with SETAs, NAMB, and QCTO.
Training in SDF/ Assessor/ Moderator will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, understanding and application of skills development related policies and legislative Frameworks.
Good communication skills, ability to pay attention to details, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and in a team.
Must be Computer literate and have a valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
Coordinate all occupational learning programmes such as, skills programmes, Learnerships, apprenticeships etc.
Develop funding proposal to the relevant fund donors.
Apply the accreditation for the college.
Advise on aspects that can improve projects outputs.
Provide direction and support the project team.
Identify and secure workplace for the learners.
Upload and register students on both college and SETA systems.
Compile student data and verify portfolios and other submissions.
Plan and conduct monitoring and evaluation on training programmes.
Render effective records management in the section and perform other related duties as required.
