Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Code C1 License, a PDP will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 1 – 2 years of proven basic experience and proven practical experience in a maintenance field
• Technical training in one of the following Technical environments will be an advantage; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, bricklaying, and Aircon and Refrigerator.
• Basic knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Ability to work under pressure and unfavourable conditions

Responsibilities

• To assist in carrying out related maintenance work such as General building, Civil works,
• Plumbing, Fencing, Carpentry, and Road works in accordance with predetermined quality and
  standards
• To assist with material stock control and record keeping keeping good housekeeping within
  their working areas
• Driving duties including transport of equipment, materials, and staff if and when needed
• Maintaining good housekeeping within their working areas, workshops, and surrounding areas
• Assist with other general tasks as instructed by the Supervisor
• Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Removal of unused or waste material
