Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Expedite the coordination of employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on relevant P&C policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate People records and documentation
Support divisional projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Partner and Manager: People & Culture
Maintain an accurate and up-to date payroll system for SAEON
Facilitate engagement with key stakeholders, including, SAEON employees, Labour, EESD, training providers etc. on related People matters.
Contribute to the Annual Training Report (ATR) and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP)
Coordinate and support implementation of Learning and Development initiatives.
Effective and accurate People data management and reporting activities as needed
Support stakeholders with reliable information to enhance the quality of their delivery, performance, and decision-making processes
Maintain and submit accurate monthly records related to appointments, acting roles, secondments, terminations, settlements, allowances, etc.
Monitor effective planning, recruitment, appointments, and succession administration processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Ensure awareness, compliance and implementation of all legislative and compliance issues
Key Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Bachelor's Degree will be advantageous
Experience:
At least 2 years experience in HR Administration and operations.
2 years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist, including demonstrable experience with HR metrics and understanding of HR functions and best practices will be an added advantage.
