Job Description 
Main Duties: 

Process the weekly payroll and assist with monthly payroll. Preparation of Payroll Journals. Reconcile SARS on a monthly basis for payment. Reconciliation of Leave on a monthly basis. Management of Independent contractors agreements and claims. Preparation of payroll reports for internal stakeholders and auditors. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Assist with benefits administration. Assist with long service administration. Perform general payroll functions and Human Capital Management-related functions. Ability to work independently, handle confidential matters, and work under pressure. Any other tasks as assigned. 

Job Requirements 
Requirements: 

Three-year post-matric qualification in Human Resources Management, Accounting or relevant equivalent qualification. At least three (3) years of working experience on Sage 300 People payroll system. Knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of the BCEA and processes and regulations pertaining to Human Capital Management. 

Additional Advantages and Skills: 

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll Administration. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and writing skills Accurate data capturing.
