The incumbent in this role will be responsible for providing strategic management and leadership for corporate services by ensuring proficient and effective administrative practices and procedures in relation to Human Resources Management and Legal & Auxiliary Services. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic Human Resources management; effective and efficient Legal services and effective management of facilities and auxiliary services; implementation of key strategic projects aligned with the WRC's strategy; and providing strategic people leadership and development.
Applicants must be in possession of a three-year NQF level 7 qualification in Business Management/ Public Administration or relevant field, and a Postgraduate qualification in Management or relevant field will be an added advantage. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Corporate Services environment (Human Resource Management/Legal Services/Records Management/Facilities & Auxiliary services), of which five (5) years should be at the Senior Management level, preferably in the Public Service.
