Main responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support across key HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, leave administration, and HR reporting.
Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including, interview logistics, candidate communication, and induction arrangements.
Draft, compile and manage HR documentation, policies, minutes, and official correspondence to ensure effective internal communication and compliance.
Monitor, track, and maintain employee records such as leave, performance, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
Assist in planning and organising HR workshops, meetings, and functions, including logistical arrangements and procurement support for the HR Office.
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues to support the efficient functioning of the HR unit.
Prepare and submit claims, manage budgets, and ensure accurate expenditure reporting.
Serve as a point of contact for the Sub-programme, manage procurement requests, stock, and logistics.
Coordination of asset insurance claims.

Minimum requirements
National Diploma in HR Management or relevant NQF 6 qualifications.
Experience in working with SAGE People 300.
3–4 years’ HR administration or relevant experience.

Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures.
