Job Description 
Main Duties:
  • Verify various certificates issued by Umalusi.
  • Provide feedback to clients regarding qualification verifications.
  • Liaise with external clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate daily records of completed verifications.
  • Support reporting on verification volumes and assist with client invoicing.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Provide support for switchboard operations as required.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information and work under pressure 
Job Requirements 
Requirements:
  • NSC, NC(V) Level 4, NSC (Colleges), SC, SC (Amended) or equivalent NQF Level 4 certificate with language(s).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, preferably in an educational environment.
  • Accurate and efficient data-capturing skills.
  • Understanding of basic office management principles and practices. 
Additional Advantages and Skills:
  • A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Public Administration will be an added advantage.
  • High level of computer literacy. Knowledge of the national examinations IT system.
